7. Title Page

The Title Page should be uploaded as a separate document to preserve the integrity of the journal's double-blind peer review process. It must contain complete author information and should not be included in the blinded manuscript.

The Title Page should include the following information:

7.1 Manuscript Title

The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript. Avoid abbreviations, jargon, and unnecessary wording.

7.2 Running Title

Provide a short running title (maximum 50 characters, including spaces) for use in page headings.

7.3 Author Information

Provide the following details for each author:

  • Full name (First name, Middle name/initial, Last name)
  • Highest academic qualification
  • Department
  • Institution/University/Hospital
  • City and Country
  • ORCID iD (recommended)

The order of authors should reflect their contribution to the work. Changes in authorship after submission may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and require written consent from all authors.

7.4 Corresponding Author

Clearly identify the corresponding author and provide:

  • Full name
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Complete postal address
  • Telephone number (optional)
  • Email address (mandatory)
  • ORCID iD (recommended)

The corresponding author will be responsible for all communication with the Editorial Office throughout the submission, peer review, and publication process.

7.5 Author Contributions

Authors are encouraged to include a brief statement describing the contribution of each author to the study (e.g., study conception, data collection, statistical analysis, manuscript drafting, critical revision, and final approval).

7.6 Funding Information

All sources of financial support for the research should be disclosed. If the study did not receive external funding, include the following statement:

"The authors received no external funding for this study."

7.7 Conflict of Interest Declaration

All authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that may influence the research or its interpretation.

If no conflict exists, include the following statement:

"The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest."

7.8 Acknowledgements (if applicable)

Individuals or organizations who contributed to the research but do not meet the authorship criteria may be acknowledged with their permission.

7.9 Ethical Approval

Where applicable, provide the following information on the Title Page:

  • Name of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Ethics Committee
  • Approval/Reference Number
  • Date of Approval

7.10 Clinical Trial Registration (where applicable)

Clinical trials should include:

  • Name of the trial registry
  • Registration number
  • Registration date

Notes

  • The Title Page must be uploaded separately from the Blinded Main Manuscript.
  • Do not include author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or other identifying information in the blinded manuscript.
  • Ensure that all information provided on the Title Page is accurate and consistent with the submission metadata entered into the Online Journal System (OJS).
